Susan Glencross

Educational and Developmental Psychologist
Board Approved Supervisor (inc. registrar programs)

Susan grew up in Darwin, and completed her undergraduate training at Charles Darwin University. With no further training available in the NT, Susan then made the move to Melbourne to complete a Master of Educational & Developmental Psychology program at the University of Melbourne.

As a qualified psychologist, Susan has worked extensively with the autistic/neurodivergent community, beginning in an early intervention where she developed a strong grounding in strengths-based supports for young children and their families. Susan has worked across early intervention, school and clinical settings for more than 10 years and has had the privilege of seeing many families grow and flourish over this time.

Susan approaches her clinical work with curiosity and care. She is highly skilled in working reflexively with children and their families, collaborating to develop practical, applicable and meaningful supports. Susan is thoughtful in her approach, which brings together theories of attachment, behavioural psychology, system-thinking and relational frameworks.

Importantly, Susan is fun, silly - and only sometimes serious.
